  • After market deck

Hey guys, I bought an after market deck for my 2002 jetta and no one seems to have the correct deck casing (not sure what you call it). I;m just wondering if theres a deck case that I can buy or something I can do to fix the look. right now with everything jammed in I can't open my drink holder properly. Any advise would be helpful!

I've installed 2 or 3 decks and they always came with all the hardware I needed for a VW...

Ok, I could be wrong here but I thought some people used to have to cut out the back a bit to get everything to fit in. Some Decks were a bit too long or something?

I trimmed the back of mine a bit, but I also did a bunch of other things to recess it back farther into the dash. Some info ont he deck etc would be needed to help you more. I would sugest taking the whole center piece out to fir the deck right then reinstall the whole thing back in, takes longer but it worth it to do it right.
