Sport seat bolstering.....

OK, here is a not so important thought I was having....I was driving with Jeff before we did the spring installs, and he made note of the aggressive bolstering on the sides of my seats...I guess I hadn't thought about it too much, they're super comfy, and I feel I can almost hang in them....While sitting in his, with the squared off bolsters, the seats were wider, so there was space between me and the bolsters.....So I'm wondering, I think I'm the only one with an early 2002 GTI, but if there is anyone else that I can compare seats to it would be helpful...They aren't recaro made anymore either like the older GTI's correct, they're just VW made sport seats??? Anyhow, I'll post pics up of the bolster profile soon....

I have pretty much the same car you have. I have an early 2002 Tornado Red GTI as well. I am not a big guy and there is no space between myself and the bolster. Not as nice as the Recaro seats in my 91 GTI 16v but not too bad at all.

Damn, I thought I was the only T-red GTI in the group.....hehe, nice choice of colour though..........And the seats, yeah, I just love them.......MMMmmmmmmm I drive to Fernie tommorrow in them....
