I was at the Macs on 17th Ave and 37th St. SW picking up a froster to help beat the heat. A guy rolls up in an Acura with a big fart can on the back, and a vw emblem dangling from a chain attached to his rear bumper. I asked him if he wanted to race for emblems, and he just got this puzzled look on his face, like he didn't know what I was talking about. Anyone else seen this joker around in the SW?
