Just finished debading my 1.8T sign and put Turbo instead. Should I debadge my Jetta, get BORA or nothing?

Ok, a little off topic but i was sure that the first year of Jettas actually called "Bora". Am I way off on this?? I seem to remember VW commercials in 99 advertising it as such. I'm almost positive.

on a side notenote of euroness i saw an audi a4 the other day with a eurotrunklid and was like WTF?? then i remembered the first year 96's had them
