Why go all the way to PG when you can buy in town? Just goto 4nparts.com (aka mongomery auto) and buy new ones and more then likely pick them up now. How is it not drivable? I wouldn't buy into the crap that they are telling you since they quoted 1400$ to do a brake job. You shouldn't need new calipers unless you destroyed them with a hammer or too a knife the the rubber boot. On a car your age there is not reason to shell out the extra $$ to buy new ones unless you are going bigger brakes. New pads and rotors (as machining them is a pain and almost as much as new sometimes).
Edit: If you really really want to calipers you will need atleast a litre of DOT 4brake fluid to bleed the brakes with and buy new brake lines. Here is a link with the info and how I will mutilate your car linky

How did you get the car to certigard? If you drove there you can limp to where you need to go, unless you (or they) seized them up.

I think there are liability issues for shops to knowingly let an unsafe car back on the road after they have inspected it.

I say we go down to Certigard. Attack her car pit-crew style in the parking lot. Fix the brakes. And watch Rachel drive off while giveing them the finger

LOL so where can we get a nice set of red coveralls??? And I think a smoke show from all our cars would also be prudent
