RS4 wheels...

I went to Tunerworks and picked up 4 18x8 RS4 wheels, under the center cap they have the Audi rings, made in Germany ect. They were a used wheel that someone had traded in. The question is is there two styles? its all in the ridge that goes around the spokes, Mine have a ridge that goes all the way around each one. in some pictures I have seen, The ridge is only on the outter portion.

did you pick up the totally trashed/curbed set that was for like $400??? I was going to buy that set a couple months ago but changed my mind because I didn't feel like paying to get those things fixed :(

yea, they were $400. For OEM wheels I didn't think I could go wrong, 2 of them are mint, the other 2 have been curbed as you can see. I know someone that works at a paint shop so I can sandblast and repaint them myself, Does anyone know where I can get the Bright silver paint that they use on these wheels?

yep those are the ones, the 2 wheels that are nice are like NEW....I was ready to buy them right then...but then I saw the condition of hte last wheel...and it was SHAT, I was kinda worried that it was actually bent or something so I decided not to buy.
Nice choice though, can't wait to see some pics of them installed

The curb marks look bad, but they are only in the paint, I stripped off the paint today and the wheel is in good shape.
I discovered the difference in the wheels, 2002/20003 Audi 3.2L TT Wheels are the only wheels that will fit a VW, they have the ridge around each spoke and the Audi RS4/RS6 are a different bolt pattern.

well are they real wheels or replicas i'm gonna guess replicas cuz the real ALMS wheels cost like a ton

They have Replica wheels at Tunerworks aswell as these ones, He brought out some wheels to show them to me and it was a replica wheel, then he mentioned that he had some used replica wheels. I asked to take a look at them, The center caps were painted white with an Audi symbol stuck on, We both assumed that they were Replica wheels, I pulled off the center cap when I got home, I noticed the Audi symbol on the back of the center cap and in the center part of the rim. The above pictures showed the center of the wheel but I guess Imagestation dosent work very well.
