FK cup kits in stock at QMR

I just got a phone call from QMR, and they have their cup kits in stock. I was quoted $600 +GST, but have to verify this includes shipping (he asked where I was located when I asked him about price). I immediately called C1 to ask about their stock, and he told me their shipment is still in Germany, and it will be a while before they get anything (I assume a while is longer than the usual "3 weeks" response). I would advise the many people here that are waiting on this kit to get their cash back from C1, and order from QMR while they still have them in stock.

I'll put a finger on each hand up to C1 for leading myself as well as a bunch of others along on the availability of this kit. I realize the problems are with shipping and distribution, but the proper response to customers should be that they have no definite shipping date. Leading everyone on with the "3 weeks" for over 2 months is just bad customer service.

NOTE: I contacted them letting them know the situation with C1, and asked about discounts on shipping or costs of the kit if we order multiple kits at the same time. Post up here if you would be interested in ordering from QMR, and hopefully we can save a few bucks.

If the cost is about 550 shipped, sure...if C1 could offer that price, than there is no reason why nobody else couldn't.. Mayeb C1 should order the required kits from QMR and bite the bullet for us....I think thats fair...

So that's 4 kits, anyone else want one before I contact them about a possible discount? They will probably be calling me tomorrow to confirm the order I placed, so I'll check on pricing options. I'll assume anything more than $550, and Ryan/turbomedic is out. I'll post back on here as soon as I talk to them if there is a possibility for the discounted price. If 4 isn't enough, I'll just go ahead and order my kit, for the extra $50 I'll take my kit now, before it snows!

I may not be able to purchase immediately...maybe in like a week or so...waiting for wheels to arrive and make sure that they are 100% ok before going further Hope that will be alright....

I just got a call from Carmon at QMR. Apparently, the 75 kits that arrived were all pre-sold, luckily I was one of them. They have a confirmed shipment that left Germany today, and will arrive in 2.5-3 weeks. He said he'd work something out for a group buy, depending on how many were interested, but I'd suspect C1 will have theirs in around the same time. I'm going to pay the extra $50 over C1's original price, and have my kit on before it snows

If you really want it, just email QMR. They will put you on a list, and call you when they come in. If you prepay, it will be at your house when you get back.
