Lame fax from VW...

Hey guys... as you may or may not know i work for VW. I just got a fax from head office about a modified car not to warranty from Calgary. I hate this. How can you promote VW without allowing some mods to the car. I have the guys name but i won't post it unless you guys want me too or i can pm people. That sucks... Anyway sorry guys just venting, and am so disapointed. The store that reported it uuuuhhhhhh starts with a N !!!!! Dammit.

Yeah, ditto. Was this fax about the denial of a specific type of service or codes to deny? Or was it a carte-blanche denial of all warranty? (and if so, is that even legal?!?)

I repeat it is not anyone here. I know the name and it is no one I know, the car seems to not be too modified from what was mentioned, but I have no specifics on the reasons behind the service declines. It appears as if this is a specific case that has caused problems for VW enough to send out this fax.

I thought it might be me cause of my suspension, but I bet it's someone burning up clutches or transmissions.
