I would talk to ken about that. Like ryan said if they don't know they can't get better. I would exect some compensation for their obviously shoddy work.

Now Mike has got me all scared about their installs done on my car, to date I have no complaints but I worry about the way the motor mounts were installed. I guess I'll know when I get my next dealer service.

Sorry everyone, I've been really busy lately. I also got a new downpipe and high flow cat from Brullen, which I'm loving. But again concerned cause C1 did the install, hopefully it'll be fine, as I have not had a problem with C1 yet.

Hey Tromping,

I would get Blake from Northland to just take a peek at it. Its better to be careful. The last few installs at concept1 could've been just a freak accident. But better to be safe.... after Blake put my mount in correctly there is no rattling with my heatshield anymore and vibration in the car is down too.

yea, i dont think i will be going to c1 for service, i started hearing stories like this a very long time ago. northland is where its at. yes you will pay more, but it will be done right baby!

well i think we will have to start trying out dubwurks (5th ave tuning) now too for service stuff because i'm sure they will do a good job too
