Well I also deal with that Deerfoot action every morning and I do often head to near the end of the merge lane, however I do not cut people off I always signal and look for an appropriate opening usually in front of a truck as there are some bloody many! If you cannot get in right away I think it makes more sense to move up then block up and slow the whole merge lane. My thoughts but yes Deerfoot and 130th is utter crap at the moment! I can hardly wait till they start working on the Douglasdale one, that will really be a disaster

Amen Brotha. This is the worst part of my day. Since the have the whole SE side of the City under construction (they closed 84 st today which was my last safe passage) there is no option but to use deerfoot, and go through the construction at 130ave. People are always pulling this BS. I got so mad one day I opened the window, made a snowball off the roof of my car, and threw it at some stupid soccer mom who cut me off in here minivan. If I had not moved she would have gladly driven into the side of my car. I was livid.

I live in McKenzie Towne and drive along that construction area daily. I **DO NOT** let anyone in from the merge lane. I waited in line, so can you.

Same deal with the calf robe repairs. I drive straight and have no qualms about hitting someone.

As for jerk-offs getting out of their cars to 'discuss' things with you - I have had that happen to me as well. One time it was absolutely priceless as when I got out I opened the hatch as well revealing my 90 pound Husky who has a real liking of 'Dad'.

Ya man, Ive attempted to flick many-a-cigarette onto other people's cars when they get in that far lane on the calf robe..nothin makes me madder that those impatient ****s. Why is it that they decided to rip apart the entire SE at the same time. First Deerfoot, they hey why not start 52nd St while we are at it some nobody can go anywhere. For good measure today they also decided to pave 84st, I guess I will just stay home.

Hopefully there is not a natural disaster otherwise we are all doomed.

People merging don't bother me (as long as they don't slow down when they merge) as much as people treating yields as merges and cutting me off. That really pisses me off.

Some 400lb lady in a Geo metro cut me off on the highway, she was too big to shoulder check. I honked, she gave me the finger, then got infront of me and slowed to 80. I passed her, fuming mad, slowed to 60, and she refused to pass me so I could tell her off again, and she was tailgating me.

I opened the sunroof, and poured a bottle water all over her car. That mad her mad as hell, so I felt better and took off.

What makes me the most angry is people that pull stupid $hit, and then get pissed at ME. Good thing I dont own a gun.
