Got a reply from Rene (head of Upsolute in NA) and we are going to request a new file because of your disapointing specified boost values.

As far as not making the specified, it is hard to tell with the poor resolution of the log, they dont look too far off but that is kinda up to you/ your mods etc. I will obviously help where I can.
