Exhaust installed!

Just wanted to let you know I installed the Magnaflow exhaust on the GTI! Damn it sounds great! I almost think it sounds better than my old Brullen. Anyways, perfect fitment, great performance increase and an intoxicating sound.

I know...I'm turning in to that pain in the ass that everyone wishes would just shut the **** up. I'm just excited thats all!
I ordered the exhaust through work and Christian installed it for me!

sweet derek.. didn't it already have an exhaust on it though? i woulda thought a SC'd vr6 would kinda want one.. but anyways thats cool

Yeah one would think it would have an exhaust but it didn't. Its funny how he did everything else but that! Oh well!

Any exhaust really makes the car loud, I can see why someone would stick with factory.

The stock exhaust on MK3 VR6s is actually a pretty good setup for stock, so lots of people do not change it or maybe mod it slightly. Anyway I will need to hear your exhaust as Magnaflow is a very cost effective option, but I have been thinking a quieter european system, like Supersprint or Jamex but then I need a rear euro bumper so then it gets very pricey

Feel free to drop by the dealership whenever you like to hear my car.I'm off on friday but am working till 9 tonight! Its actually kind of quite at idle but she really barks at high RPM's. I'd love to see you car too by the way!
