It's not like your car is going to be seen in any very major shows either. If you had said you were going to be at waterfeast, hin and shows of that caliber maybe they would have gotten on the ball a bit faster. I think you are just jumping the gun and need to realize that custom orders of a very hot product right now take a long time
Believe me I understand the logistics behind custom applications. I'm not upset that the wheels take a long time to make, but rather that Axis continually fed me a spoonful of crap in regards to ship dates. If, from the very begining, they had told me I would not recieve wheels until July (remember I ordered these in March), then my decision to stagger, or even buy Axis wheels for that matter, may have been different. The fact of the matter is they continued to give me delay stories because of fear that I may cancel my entire order. I bought the Milanos under the premise that I could stagger them and went with the companies word on their ability to manufacture and deliver them in the aloted time frame. That's the reason I'm bummed, not just becuase of the wait. You are right, orders sometimes take forever. I personally waited 5 1/2 months to get my Oettinger kit and accepted that fact. But this doesn't have so much to do with the wait as it does with Axis' misleading info.

That is true. But none of these factors are even applicably in may case because the wheels haven't even left the factory yet!!!!

Well Derick that is not the greatest news but I understand your pain. I am also still waiting to hear about what is happening with the IForged wheel issues as well. I guess the moral of the story is it sucks to go custom

            What iForged issues?

The Milano's will still look hot, its not TOO bad. Did you find out about the bolt hole issues? It was nice of Axis to TRY to get you setup with something custom, what probably happened is that their customer service or management really DID want to help you out but just couldn't get it done (they have responsibilities to lots of suppliers).

Still sucks that they made you wait all this time.

Well Kris to sum it up lets just say after waiting 11 weeks for the IForged wheels to arrive the rears did not clear the brakes, so we ran them with 10mm spacers for VUB and now waiting to see what will happen.

Custom offset?! How can they not clear them. That is BS, they should be making you new wheels. Otherwise, WHY would ANYONE order custom wheels?!?!

Yeah Kris, CMS has also been pressuring Axis on my behalf and it's kinda funny cuz sometimes they would be told the wheels are in transit, and other times they would be told by another person that they will no longer be made So I think someone at Axis had the best intentions to make the wheels, but there was some resistance alond the way.

So true Blair. Hopefully Tunerworks will be able to solve that problem for you quickly. As for my setup, I figured I'm gonna go with the DTM that I was going to originally get before the Milanos for next season so I will still get my staggered wheels eventually

IForged has accepted that they made an error and will be making new rears, just waiting for a time line. It was unsure but I guess a TT 3.2 has larger brakes on the front and rear.
