Well these things are a ***** to install i heard. Anyone know how to install these on manuals and maybe could help me compare how to install on a auto?

Simon and I had it done in 45 mins, probably took longer to cut those 1 use clamps from the dv etc than to actually install the thing. Definately need 2 people tho.
I was under the impression there is far less clearance on an auto - hence the original being a pancake in the first place. Surely someone on vortex has pulled it off?

Neil '03 Silver Jetta 1.8T - gone, but not forgotten
If you guys are able to do it on the Auto that would be awesome, although concept 1 said they had no way to do it because was way too close to the tranny, but if you guys find a way you could help me too and I'll spring for the beer!

Doing it alone would suck, but get enough of us together in a garage with some beer, I guarantee we can do it
