horn+auto locks=GRRRR!

so my horn now works...except only when i lock the door..it does that little *honk*. I checked the fuse and it was ok...do mk3 have two horns as well? Also...the same day my lock honk started working again..my power locks went caput...which is a problem cuz now i cant get into my gas cap
So if someone could tell me 1) how to manually open the gas door and 2)according to vortex, i may have a vacuum problem....um..how can i fix that?!

There is usually a manual latch in the truck near the gas filler area.
