C1 used to be the cheapest around for the kit and now with all this FK bs they will probably run a "monopoly" of some sorts on FK parts....which probably explains the increased price for the kit :( supply and demand = SUCKS

I was afraid of exactly that. They wouldn't take a deposit on the kit from me saying it was too much of a hassle to have an 'open order' for parts that they weren't sure when they would arrive. a big thumbs down to C1... I think I'll try my luck at QMR, unless C1 agrees to sell them to me at the price they were when I started asking for them. I'm definitely not holding my breath

they did with me, I paid 529....but now I'm not sure I want to keep the kit, buying a house and all, may need all the money I can get my paws on......I'll let you know if me and arthur manage to not get charged more for our kits when they come in...
