  • Canadian sources for Bilstein Sport or Koni Yellows

I've checked with C1, QMR, and Anwalt (they don't sell Bilstein any more btw). Any other suggestions on where I should check prices? I'm still hoping the FK's will show up at C1 in the next week or two, but am starting to work on my backup (more expensive) plan.

    RPI in BC sells Bilstein
    http://www.rpiequipped.com/store/c192259.2.html
    $243.59 CAD each front
    $120.40 CAD each rear

H2Sport in Toronto also sells them
    http://www.h2sport.com/

oh, and the reason there might be a delay on FK products is because FK North America is going through a restructuring and just fired all their north american employee's. So they're getting rid of their north american stock. Or so I've heard.

I talked with them (C1) today, and of course, got the 3 weeks story again.....Eastern Canada just got thiers in , so ours shouldn't be far off......I heard (don't flame) that FK shocks were a division of Koni, or were made by Koni.....can't remember.....

          Interesting.....

I talked with them today, about 3:00, and they said 'we're hoping in the next 3 weeks, but don't really have any idea if/when they will show up.

I think Mopac is the western Canadian distributor for Koni so their prices a fairly good. When we looked around for pricing last year, the best anyone we found could do is match their price. I believe I paid around $819 for all 4.

The last time I was at C1, I asked Ken about the FK situation and he said that they now ordering directly from FK Germany. Not sure if that means a really long delivery time or not.

Yah, that makes sense, since FK North America is in a big pile of turmoil right now. Delivery times will be longer though since there is no north american warehouse anymore

anybody know if C1 will just have the specific # of kits that people have ordered ?? or would they order more kits than the number of kits that people have ordered (ie: have extra on hand)??

me = need Fk Hightek kit soon...very soon...

I prepaid.....I saw on the vortex that 3 distributers are becoming warehouses for FKNA....C1 was in that, which I guess would make sense if they have 3+ skids of kits coming in (just what they said....), QMR was another, and I can't remember the last one.....I just want my friggin stuff, and not a month and a half after I ordered it....
