Well, I got my alarm installed yesterday at Audio Concepts. They did a good job with the install, and were very firendly and helpful with all of my questions. My only complaints are that they didn't program it to open my trunk, and they did not set the sensitivity high enough. Otherwise piece of mind is sweet. (but having two big-ass FOB's on my keychain is not)
