horn woes..

so my horn decided to stop working....and i figure that this is a problem, especially if the flames win against san jose Anyhoo, i was jus wondering what i can do to fix it..at least where i can look to see what the problemo may be.

note...maybe i'll jus get one of those squeeze horns, you know, the ones that go "aaa-WOOOOO-ga"

My first bet would be the horn relay. Or it could also be the horn itself depending if it is a high/low tone in one. I should be able to test the relay eash with a multimeter but there maybe an easier way to check it in the bently manual. I would get it fixed though as I believe it is a "no-no" to drive around without a horn, expecially in this town!

Some kinda fuse maybe? Easy to test the horn itself, just run some current to the horn and see if it bleeps I guess...

True could be the horn fuse that is the easiest thing to check. Pull it out and look at the material in the center, if it looks burnt or is not connected replace it. If that don't work I could more then likely take a look at it next weekend when I clean the intake on my car.
