Had my cars 24,000km service and an alignment done at NL yesterday. and as usual they did a kick ass job. Barry was the service advisor.. always a pleasure to deal with him as he is a great guy, and I don't even need to mention that Blake did a kickass job because he always does.

I got an oil change at Minit Lube yesterday and the service was good, and the guys there like the low jetta

Last time I was in for service, I told George about the club. I don't know if he has checked it out yet.

Neil is also a kickass technician. He is one of the only guys there allowed to work on the phaeton

I use to take my car there just to get it's oil changed, so I could watch her run around the place ....


naw, just kidding ....

I think that Northland Volkswagen is a great place ... they always have been most helpful and accommodating to me in the past.... My regular service rep is Paul Azzam... and I have nothing but praise and positive things to say about the way he handles any service or other items which I may need help with... I feel that he always goes that "extra mile" for me, and I have never had any problems....

hmmmmm... and, that cashier is still a really convincing reason to go there.....
