Decent Price on a 2013-2014 Jetta?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a 2013-2014 base Jetta with a 5spd, but despite VMR and Blackbook retail values being in the low $7k range, I can't find one for under $10k. Are dealers being stubborn, or should I just give up hope on finding one? I drive about 175km per day for work, so was hoping for something very spartan, efficient and reliable that can get me to around 250k.

Any help is appreciated

Ended up finding a 2015 Trendline + 5spd in Medicine Hat with 79k. Enjoying it so far
