New Information

Well,

A lot has happened in the past month. I'd like to share.

First off, I've left BMW Gallery to return to VW. I really missed the product, and the clientele I dealt with on a dialy basis.

Secondly, I've broken up with my girlfriend of 3.5 years, which leads me to #3.

I'm moving back to Toronto. I will be joining Agincourt Autohaus ( www.agincourtautohaus.com ) starting April 2nd, 2003.

I am currently at Fifth Ave helping out with training and stuff until at least Sat Mar 15.

It was a pleasure dealing with all of you here in Calgary. I'll miss the city, and the people.

Wow that is some serious changes, I wish you the best down east and thanks for you contributions to the board, which I hope will not stop, back to a VW dealer source!!!!!!

Sorry to hear that, Ian. It would have been nice if you were to stick around and go back to 5th Ave on a permanent basis. At least then I would know who to deal with when I get the 20th Anniversary

Sorry to hear your leaving Calgary but welcome to Toronto!! Doesn't hurt to have a great person working in a VW dealership! We certainly need that. Good luck and maybe I'll be in touch to talk about a new car!!!

Ian! Hehe I didn't hear till tonite when I was at the show! But I saw you tonite afterwards and said my goodbyes. *tear* Hopefully you wont be a stranger and come visit Calgary once in a while! Tell your friend (sorry, I cant remember her name) to give me a call or email me when she's ready to get the pictures done of her car. You'll do awesome back at home Ian, back to a busier dealership and more business. Plus you'll be home with your family. You will be missed but I know this is for the best. Keep in touch man, thanks for everything!

Thanks for the wishes. This should be a good move for me. It looks like Brett (sales manager) has a good team set up there, and I'm looking forward to joining them. I'm especially excited to be going back to VW. I'll still hang around the forums from time to time, and it's likely that I will host an 'Ask the Dealer' forum on www.generationdub.com .
