  • Fog Light Bulb Question

Anyone run 85W bulbs for fog lights (as opposed to 55W oem)?

I'm just wondering if the increase is enough to cause issues with wiring or excess heat.

This is for my Passat. H3 bulbs.

I'd stick with 55W, get some better bulbs like Phillips or European Osram (not the NA brand).
