        Re: Corrado?

I would so hit it!! Looks like it just needs some TLC and maybe some new front light covers. The floor carpet looks like it needs a really good clean. I would say buy it, gut it, vacuum the hell out of it and then put it back together piece by piece.

          Re: Corrado?

His heater core exploded on him, common problem, so I do need to find one of them......that may explain the carpet being dirty, or he just didn't really clean it well....who knows....

I like corrado's as much as the next guy, but for a second, project car go with a mk1 or mk2 gti. You give up looks and creature comforts but they are lighter, MUCH more common(Hence cheap & plentiful parts) and insurance is a lot less. Don't be surprised if that raddo's insurance is just as much as you'r gti, Alex.

I love the Corrado, but if its a project car, I would say its going to be a lot of money too.

The interior needs a clean-up, but otherwise the pictures look ok. Hard to tell the quality of paint from photos though, if its not factory paint. I had this old 89 maxima, I painted the whole car 3 times in like 4 years... each time a more ridiculously cheap job than the previous. Each time it looked good... for a few months...
