MK7 R - Programmers/Modules

Fellas,

I know very little about the programmer model market for the Mk7 Golf R.

What are the best ones out there? Which do not flag a TD1?
I see JB1, Neuspeed.. who else?

JB1 prob the most popular

There is also VRtuned and RSCHIP

I would remove any of them before going to the dealer
