Short wheel bolts

So I just changed my wheels, and noticed that the bolts can only get three full turns on the rear ones. Seem kinda short to anyone?

Go buy new ones - C1 sells them I believe. My brock bolts are at least 1/2 inches longer than stock Avus bolts.

You should make sure you have bolts with the right shape of taper too. The VW OEM bolts have an acorn/curved taper from the bolt head to the shaft and that matches the OEM wheels (imagine that). Most aftermerket wheels have a straight, conical taper and you should get properly tapered bolts to match.

You should make sure you have bolts with the right shape of taper too. The VW OEM bolts have an acorn/curved taper from the bolt head to the shaft and that matches the OEM wheels (imagine that). I know that C1 carries both styles if you decide to check them out.
