carbon lip for jetta

i was lookin at the gallery today and i saw that a person with a black Mk4 golf with a bbr front lip had a carbon fiber lip........im gonna get that bbr bumper for my jetta and i would love to put a carbon lip. if ne one knows where i could get one or if the owner of the golf reads this, please lemme know.
