For service they don't seem to care, maybe if you are having powertrain related warranty work done I would look as close to stock as you can. Most services are just an oil change and filter change, I don't even like to go to the dealership for those. I think on my Jetta the big one is something like 64,000 Kms where they actually do something, such as replace belts and spark plugs and such.Originally posted by thorin33KR
