what are the lemon laws? i bought this car from the dealership.. so how does that work? can someone explain the lemon law to me? im really curious now..

i mean, i have to take my car in for servicing at least 3x a month... ive probably reported over 50 problems now in less than a year.

wow if you look at problems reported per year, the least reliable cars are VW.. they have the most problems reported per year, putting them at the very bottom of the list, right next to Kia. even Ford is far above them when it comes to reliablity/problems. im not here to start a flame war, i love the way VW's look.. infact i love every single little thing about them, except for all the problems i have.

vw engineers their cars, not builds them, unlike ford or honda say. they think of ways to improve things, and make them unique. they dont do things like everyone else... so if it works, it works great, if it doesn't, it breaks. simple as that.

I've heard of dubs like yours. For some reason, a lemon dub is really, really a lemon. 1 in however many, but that 1, is a total lemon.

Try looking it up on the vortex, using the search function. Or even use google... it'll be there. If it's in as much as you say it is...... then you can probably have something done about it. However, the sooner you deal with this, the better.

i got ripped off on those,i payed $90 at VW for them.. that's when i had my original plan of only buying stuff from the dealership to make sure my car is all OE and under warrantee... i found out i cant do anything with the lemon law because i bought my car used.
