Re: Anyone speak Dutch?
Cleanen of voorbumper by Rave is feel stream slice lens (Rafke182) De spring in the country, many cleane tuners the tuningvibes quietly at through the body.
That same feeling happened to me in the spring of 2002 and decided then my Bolide once in a new cloth to stop, and with and new cloth I mean a clean proper cloth!
I decided with help of my skilful grandfather and uncle my voorbumper to cleanen. As said so done..
Requisites:
- (chickens) gauze - a pot repairkit (the chickens gauze am setting) - polyester measured (mostly furnished by
a box polyester) - A box polyester of good quality - Polyesterverharder (mostly bijgeleverd by the box
polyester) - a plastic measure cup and spatel - shed paper granulate 600 (to use with a bucket water) -
coarser shed paper on later polyester with to rub - rubber gloves
Benodingdheden when one self the sprayer work uitvoerd:
- a 1/4 liter varnish (quantities see the size bumper in this case polo 6n) - verdunner - verharder - ground paint (consists in
different color dependent end color) - possible shed guide the shed work to simplify - the 1/4 liter eindlak (dependent on the
bumpergrootte)
STEP 1: We go the voorbumper disassemble of the vehicle, firstly get your easy half the size middennet from it (2 vijzen) as well as all the possible plates of the bottom verstraallampen then the rest of the vijzen remove + the first splash plates release so that the voorbumper there can slide away…
STEP 2: We lay the voorbumper carefully on 2 schroefbankjes as later on is shown. We turn the bumper round so that the inside visibly is and then see you that the bottom slat in it clicked stretch with a kind of defense hedges, finish remove remove remove these loosely with with help of a flattened screwdriver and get the slat of the bumper.
STEP 3: First and especially we take the chickens gauze by the hand and cut fit the forms from that in the openings. Fold these so that they everything more fixed come to sit in the desired open place. Take the pot "" repair kit"" and mix this with what verharder and grease the ends of the chickens gauze fast on the inside v. d. bumper so that these come fixed to sit. A time want to dry these. (TAKEN CARE no "repair kit" too much make beforehand for this is unbelievable fast hard)
STEP 4: now that we go measured" to work with our "polyester and our pot "repair kit". Cut the polyester moms so that the open places closed come to sit when you they on it lays. Ok so far we are already …
Now a plastic cup, spatel, rubber gloves take. Now what bring mix repair kit in the plastic cup, these with what verharder (dependent on the quantity repair kit), mix bring want to dry now carefully all 1 clipped polyestermat and these (sufficient gedrengd in repairkit) at on the desired place on the chickens gauze and this then with the rest also and late this a time.
Try this so well possible to let connect with help of a spatel for this is our basis foundation!
STEP 5: There everything now already has been filled up.. TIME FOR THE shed work! First and especially say I that one the shed work perfectly must export for this fixed the end finishing off of your effort. One takes water a bucket and the shed paper 600 and shed carefully the entire voorbumper all mat. (EXCEPT OF the polyester moms) De possible pits can you fill up with the box polyester also once again mix with the verharder (see use indication) and after
that opschuren. Now that can you begin polyester to lubricate the put in moms with help of a smeerspatel (bijgeleverd) When these well hard is and sufficient schuurbestendig are may we this with the something coarser shed paper opschuren so that there what form in comes (shed paper that not to use is with water)
This is must reaches be the result that after your effort…
STEP 6: Afterwards you rub this more fine on with the shed paper 600 with water. Use regularly newly fresh water for there regular what remains granulate in your bucket lie.
Below spray you with a sprayer pistol what shed guide on the bumper, this simplifies the rubbing and so its small pits filled up (almost invisibly for the bare eye) There your bumper can now in ground paint gezet become so that he the desired color get.
Step 7: De bottom slat that you removed have can you possibly (as I done have) opschuren with a 600 with water so that all pits now away be and then one now a slippery opppervlakte gets. Also off to rub after that yet once with a shed guide. Afterwards this is spurted also in ground paint. I guess leaked this at round with to for am the end finishing off double so beautiful.
Here you see the bottom slat in ground paint
The actual sprayer work would let export I by a specialist or as you this self can know you decided what you to do state … everything well reprehended with the desired color and a layer varnish about it can these carefully back Once assembled become, place click firstly the bumper self after that you normally the
bottom slat back on its place.
This is the final result. (here is the license plate saving also filled up)
So much typing.

Re: Anyone speak Dutch?
That looks like what I got when I tried an online translator.
However, if you read it carefully, you will see that it is unreadable, and makes no sense :(
Nah I guess I don't expect anyone to re-type it in english LOL. But it looks like a nice tutorial, I wish it was in english. That guy has other tutorials on his site, also Dutch...KR
