      haha interesting. If i didn't use to own a MK4 Jetta id be none the wiser if i saw one. looks clean. How does that even work with getting it registered?

              Yeah, I saw theses awhile ago...the sporty one with a done up TDI would be fun!

                  It would be interesting to talk to somebody that has done the conversion.....See how the kit really goes together. Several years ago Factory5 was talking about a mid engined sports car based on TDI running gear but it never came to pass.

                    Smyth Performance is Mark Smith, who used to be one of the key Factory5 guys.
                    He did make a mid-engine TDI kit car, based on the mk4 (or use a 1.8T, or VR6).
