Good evening.
I'd like to bring up something i've noticed that has been happening lately to my car. It is a 2013 manual GTI, APR stage 1 with a K&N cold air intake.
So here's the scenario; approaching a complete stop, car in neutral, RPM in between 1-2k. Just before the car completely
stops (only active pedal is the break), the RPM either stalls or continues to rise for 100-200rpm only for a sec (think of it as an involuntary blip)
before completely settling to idle rpm. It does not happen all the time, but seems unnatural.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
