Radio Problem - Eurovan

Hi Everyone,

My parents have a 1994 Eurovan CV. We have the radio code but can't get the radio to even let us enter the code. I presume the wrong code was entered a few times and now it has been locked. It constantly displays "SAFE" on the radio now.

How do I get the radio to re-set?

more than likely locked as you entered the code wrong to many times. Leave the key on for hour and then it should allow you to enter the code again

I read about that in the MK4 Jetta Bentley as the Bentley for the Eurovan was useless! I presume you keep radio on but key in what position - on or accessory?

full on (but dont start) to keep radio from timing out

This won't kill the car if it has DRLs on?

It could. Just pull the fuse or put on booster / battery charger
