Yeah Alex, I had my alignment done at NL after I got my suspension installed. I had no problems with them. They even asked why I was coming in for an alignment when my car only had 20k or so on it. I told them straight up that I had my suspension installed and they were cool about it.

back when i blew my cv joint, northland repaired it no problem under warranty. that was like $1000 in parts and labor, lol. and it was lowered, they didnt say anything. and that kinda is a suspension thing, as the angle of it changes, so maybe more stress was put on it. but they're known to go because they boot cracks, lube comes out, and you're done. 5 days later, good as new!

Okay well i went this morning to get it all done. New shop is SOOOOO NICE! it makes NL look like crap IMO.. but anyways. Service manager was really nice to me, I ran into derek for some bs'ing lol then back to waiting. Car drives great now.. well it did before lol but my steering wheel is straight and I looked at the alignment before/after numbers and it needed it bad even though it wasn't pulling.. so overall i'm gonna give 5th a really big thumbs up for service. I might try them again next time

ps.. platinum grey modded jetta wasn't there derek said some azzhole hit and ran it!!!

You're forgetting the most important question, how much did the alignment cost? I need one ASAP!

made my appointment for friday for oil change and alignment, and gretchen said she can do 18" wheels, so I'm set.

perhaps while i'm there I'll see what else she can do to things that are 18"
