Suggestions for D1S HID bulbs?

Hey Guys,

Looking for suggestions on these bulbs. I already went the 3rd party route (made by phillips apparently) about 2.5 years ago and they are giving me trouble again.

I had the stock 4300k and then tried 6000k, I was never happy with the light output of the 6000k.

As it is a huge pain in the ass to change these on my Passat (removal of bumper to get the headlights out) I would like to get something better this time around. Can anyone chime in with some personal experience,good or bad?

Osram Xenarc CBI bulbs 100%
- 5000k with the same/more lumen output than an OEM 4200k phillips bulb
- OEM quality
- Cheaper than bulbs from the dealership
Need i say more?
Replace both at once and run them on OEM ballasts for best results

I purchase all of my headlight items from them. Great guys, great about shipping to Canada too. One of the only trustworthly lighting places out there, if they inspect the bulbs and say they are genuine, they are. Some places unknowingly sell fake bulbs and it sucks but these guys are great

TRS is a great company to deal with. I only have good things to say about their products and there customer service. I have been using them for years for many retrofits for my customers!!

Yeah TRS is a great place to buy HID stuff, highly recommended!
