Do you guys think they would look good on Jetta headlights? I was looking at them and there are only 2 round spots on the whole headlight. What do you guys think? Could the angel eye be mounted anywhere else? Cause they look DAMN tight!

yah they would look good, but i dunno how/where you would mount the circles, i havent really studied the jetta headlights in detail, but i'll assume they aren't that easy to do.

The jetta headlight does not work as well, people have tried, but I don't think they look as good.

Some dude on the vortex tried this variation of Jetta angel eyes



looks more like an angel boob to me :P

but it would look ok from a distance. Other people have tried just hanging a ring in the middle of their jetta headlight space but it looks like crap. This is the best jetta angel eye I have ever seen so far.

thanks pat i was just about to post that.. i think that looks pretty damn cool from far away.. with the eyelids and all and just the yellow city lights it looks super mean at night!

I wouldn't mind doing angel eyes for my car but I want to sure these super bright LED's that I know of and I also want to make it so I can use 2 different colours and switch between the two. Nothing like switching between angel and devil eyes

I think the trick for the angel boob is finding or building something to mold the circles around. For the golf ones that are circle, you can just mold them around a coffee can, but for the boob.. it might be hard. Perhaps make something out of wood first? Or a contraptoin involving cans, books and lube in order to come out with the perfect shape.

Wood sounds like a good idea Simon. I've never really done anything like this before, so like how would you make a wooden mold? Would you just take a piece of traced cardboard and cut out a piece from wood? I should ask that dude on vortex how he did his.

yah, i would make it out of cardboard and then trace it onto an inch thick piece of wood for the mold. that's what I would do anyway, i'm sure the guy that did it had his own ingenius methods, ask him and let us know

Just wait 3 months (we hope) or so for those new FK lights. Jetta lights, but the housings are all round, and they have angels included. Cullens thread in MK4 forum got poof'ed cause so many of us were prematurely drooling and bumping it non-stop. I think Ryan saw the pics too - sooo sweet...

People with the golf ones hate them, many have failed already with < 6 months of use
