MK5 GTI Diagnostic Codes - P0138, P1114, P01139

My sister managed to get a CEL on her way home yesterday in her 2007 GTI. Car has just over 13,660 kms and managed to throw the following codes. Based on the vagcom, I think it is the rear o2 sensor (post cat). Just find it hard to believe it would be toast with so few miles on it. Any experience with any of these codes?

Internal resistance too high, that's a dead sensor I'd say.

Thanks Colin. Given that it is 100% stock, I can't see there being anything else especially with the rear sensor.

Internal resistance too high, that's a dead sensor I'd say.
