Re: Euro Goodies - What should I get?

I'm located in The Netherlands, and if someone needs something from VW Europe, just hit me up

Stays funny, in Europe we put US stuff on our car, in the US, they put EURO stuff on their cars haha

Rarity and originality is the reason. Most people in Europe wont put NA headlights or seats in because it is a significant downgrade in looks and quality, but they would put in sidemarkers and other cosmetic mods to stand out over the rest of the cars. Exact same reason we shave our MK4 bumpers to delete the side markers.

I'd toss some TT seats in my car... NA or EU.

Wiring is a bit of a pain though :( haha

Re: Euro Goodies - What should I get?

Exactly, in Europe we must have licenseplates on the front of our car... in NA you dont have to.
US Imported cars can have smaller license plates (in Holland), non-import have large ugly plates.

Just ordered a new front grill for our R32 at the VW Dealership... used the US part number, so we dont have 4 holes in it. You don't want to know what we pay over here for those parts
$ 883,- (US Dollars with current EUR/USD rate)

How much did you pay for your hole less grille? It sucks to have to fork out soo much money for them

I was going to mention that.

Bart and I can vouch for how much the German Police get agitated for driving a car with no front plate in Germany
