      Looks like when there is a sunroof, the first half of the roof is black.

          Ew is right... why would you only do the frnt half.. that is terrible.

                        Golf is pretty ugly, I think the GTI will be OK and you can always black out the rest of the roof... I think the half roof will grow on me.

                          A lot of cars seem to be going this route, my A3 did it, the q5's do it, the 7's do it.

                          A lot of expensive cars doing it lol.

                          Not that i disagree that i liked it better going inside the car hidden away.
