HID Headlights

I am looking to replace my headlights, and I want the Xenon effect but I don't have the cash for Xenons. What bulbs are best for this upgrade? I have heard of Sylvania Siver Stars and another called Hyperwhite bulbs(I don't remember the name of the company that make them but I think it's Japanese)...what's a good bulb for brightness and looks?

I'm happy with my Silverstars. You should know that they are white and do not have a blue tinge (I always wondered if tinge was a word) to them. If you want something with a blue look to them, you'll probably want something else.
