    Car barely running help

    Hey nighthawks!

    Posting this for my brother! Any help or advice would be very helpful lol

    "Well the Jetta isn't running worth a poop. I have no power to get going, sounds like it's running on 2 cylinders, and my engine light flashes when I touch the gas. As soon as I down shift it's perfect just when I touch the gas and at idle. It shakes when I accelerate. "

    My guess would be a coilpack is gone.
