Help with new headlights

I just got some retro fit headlights for my mk4 jetta and I am not sure on how to install the ballasts and that. I was wondering if any one would be able to help me out or something. Just don't wanna mess up cause I'm not very well educated in how to install ballasts and that. I couldn't find any videos or anything so if someone could help me, it would be much appreciated

Retro fits are from volxtuning if that makes a difference

Very very easy install. If you want to swing by on Sunday i could probably give you a hand, have to rewire my headlights as well that day.
