    Just remember that mods are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them. Most people know that you never make your money back on mods so its usually worth it to return it to stock and take what you can get from the mods separately.

      Yes. But for somebody wanting mods like retrofits and those wheels and the GLI kit that is about $1000-$1500 in their eyes so it adds to their value of the car for them

        If that's the case, then he's looking for that special someone and not just the average person looking for a cheap vw.

          2000 is all this car is worth.. but you might find someone to pay 3000 .. the market is full and people have the internet to shop and find the best deal
