Oh, BTW, you guys seems to think that 1.8T GLI is a special edition, which is not. It is officially replacing the GLI 24V VR6 when it starts to show up in the dealers. The only way to get a 24V VR will be with the GTI until the MK5 comes out.

and I know that a 24v GLI with exhaust, intake, chip, and more is only putting 187 to the wheels...I just find it hard to believe that a 1.8t with less mods can beat that

actually, if you add cams to the mix, there are guys pulling 202hp at the wheels in the 24v. Granted cams are a big step, but even without cams, 195 isn't out of the question. In this first Dyno, the guy got 183 whp with nothing but a Neuspeed exhaust and AEM intake. The second guy got 182, with nothing but the GIAC chip.
