Mk4 winter fitment

So I have a set of 225/40r18 winters and I can run them on the Aristos but that's lame

I wanna run 18x8.5 up front and 18x9.5 in the rear with those tires. My question is what are some offsets that would work with those tires. Thinking 30-35 up front and 30ish for the rear
