  • FK wrenches

Does anyone have FK Coilover Wrenches that I could borrow or even swing by to use on the spot. I just replaced my strut mounts and my rears are sitting lower by a bit. The coils were adjusted at the time of install about 90k ago by hand. The kit never came with the wrenches and I don’t want to pay 50 bucks(@C1) for a one time use tool.

yeah it's probably seized but i gotta try at least. Anti-seize compound was put on but I doubt that has held up.

Did you attempt this yet? Curious to see the condition of the threads with using the anti-seize compound

Your FK's were good enough after 90K km to justify replacing just the strut mounts? Amazing. Mine were done pretty much after 30K km. Bouncy, slightly leaking and seized.

Princess Auto sells adjustable spanner wrenches for around $20.
