From professional car washing experience.
Do this on one part of the seat at a time:
Use a pressure washer on the lowest pressure, no need to take the seat out of the car, spray a soapy mix onto the seat.
Use a soft brush to gently massage the soap into the seat.
Immediately use a shop vac to get the water out of the seat.
After the first hour or so of drying, spray the seat down generously with an enzyme type cleaner.
Leave the doors open if possible or the windows open for 12-24 hours.
If you substitute the enzyme cleaner for an aerosol refresher, you can use this method to get all you car seats, carpets and upholstery looking like new.
