That is true. The marketing material from Malone does look a little suspect on that stage 7.

Yeah, I know. I was just posting a funny video.

I have agreed on many points, my personal point was that the TDI has a bit more oomph on the low end torque, and when I'm driving I enjoy those few seconds extra of being pushed back in my seat. both t he TDI and 1.8T area great cars to drive the choice remains to the individual tastes and what you prefer.

Absolutely. No one will disagree with that. For daily driving I like the power being at low rpm's. It's just not for speed

The shop has a vnt 17/22 owner. I asked him how his car does against his friends 1.8ts ... he said not so much good .

DJ I'm gunna troll hard here. Your saying the hand drawn dyno you posted where your ,let me get this straight, Stage 7? Alh is revving to 6000 rpm.? And making 250 whp but yet only 330 tq. I suspect this might be inaccurate. Since you claim 500 wtq out of such an amazing alh only posts ago.I mean my lowly 200 whp alh musters up 400 Wtq, so am I doing something wrong by not calling it a stage 12 ? Maybe my dyno was on an incline to make more of the 1.8t destroying magic tqs

That dyno was right from Malonetuning.com, http://malonetuning.com/?page_id=62 Whether you believe it or not doesn't phase me at all. It's a great tune and works great with my car. Keep talking though, you give me something to laugh about everyday.
