          I was thinking of making a twin take like this with my cold air intake except running one similar to the one mechengg posted a small secondary incase of hydro

                        Most of those intakes have a screen in the pipe that runs by the battery. It gets clogged full of stuff and blocks flow. Removing it is the cheapest fix.

                            There is one in most of the Toyota, they say the screen is for muffling the intake sound..
