Need a little help from the VW gurus

Buddy of mine is looking at this in medicine hat. i'm not up to speed on the vw side of vag so need some advice.

mainly is it worth the drive for the price or could you find the same deal here in the city.

ive been looking around a bit at the Gti's and Gli's. this is a pretty good price for a 2.0T jetta. (for some reaon i thought only gli's came with the 2.0T) anyways, i have found that there are a few 2.0t's that are around the same price in the city, just gotta be patient. if ur willing to take a day trip, i dont see why not. 3 hour drive isnt bad.

^he said it all. Personally, I like the highline TSI more than the GLI.

Looks like a good deal, I'm a little shocked that you can get into a 2.0T with <100k for ~10g

With some creative thinking and mods, this could become a sweet car for that price!!

I think that's a fairly good deal. Since it's the FSI engine, beware of carbon buildup. The timing belt should be done soon-ish too... I think it's supposed to be done every 120000 km or so.
